He is survived by: his children, Merica Tisdale (Michael), Jeremy Walker and Megan Walker Sasser (Belle); his grandchildren, Emily Kelly (Ryan), Caleb Tisdale (Makenzie), Abby Baggett, Dallas Johnson, Coleman Walker and Scarlet Walker; his great grandchildren, Caden Kelly and Lee Sanders; his sister Peggy Walker (Rickey); his niece Lorie Willis (Derek); and his nephew Marcus Powell (Susan).
Visitation was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM at the Turners Funeral Home (360 E 3rd St, Luverne, AL 36049). A graveside service was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Providence Cemetery (N Glenwood Rd, Alabama 36034).
