He is survived by: his children, Russell Lamar Lewis of Butler, AL, Johnathan Wade Lewis of Waynesboro, MS, Amy Lewis Hatfield of Las Vegas, NV, Melissa Ann Lewis of Florida, Bethany Lewis of Florida and Sonya Kay Lewis of Florida; and his siblings, Clovis Bunyon Lewis of Gilbertown, AL, Dean Stance Lewis of Cullomburg, AL and Melba Mae Lewis Austin of Louisville, KY. He is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
