It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert Mazingo Jr. (Gilbertown, Alabama), born in Butler, Alabama, who passed away on October 16, 2020, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Robert Lee Mazingo, Sr.; and his siblings, Roy Mazingo and Charlotte James. He is survived by: his wife Glendean Carlisle Mazingo of Pleasant Hill, AL; his sons, Lee Mazingo (Sara) of Pleasant Hill, AL and Shawne Mazingo (Teresa) of Panama City, FL; his mother Easter Stafford Mazingo of Pleasant Hill, AL; his siblings, Fred Mazingo (Alice) of Chatom, AL, D. C. Mazingo of Mt. Vernon, AL, J. C. Mazingo (Roberta) of Pleasant Hill, AL, Charlene Adams (Ronald) of Gilbertown, AL and Wynema Chapman (Roger) of Gilbertown, AL; and his grandchildren, Candace Mazingo, Brooke Mazingo, Paige Stokes and Brianna Mazingo. He is also survived by great grandchildren.
