She was predeceased by: her parents, William "Bill" Gaskin and Shirley Lee Rhodes. She is survived by: her husband James Edward Johnson of Gilbertown, AL; her daughter Dana Johnson Armistead of Gilbertown, AL; and her grandchildren, Bailey Nicole Armistead, Alexander Dawson Armistead and Jeremiah Peyton Diamond. She is also survived by several step-brothers and step-sisters.
