He was predeceased by: his parents, James Vernon Mazingo and Virginia "Sue" Jimerson Mazingo; and his sister Juliette Mosley. He is survived by: his son Arnie Mazingo (Tracey) of Gilbertown, AL; his grandsons, Michael Mazingo of Gilbertown, AL and Cameron Mazingo of Gilbertown, AL; and his nephews, James Busby of Gilbertown, AL. and Jeff Busby of Gilbertown, AL..
