He was predeceased by: his wife Nettie Irene McIlwain McInnis; his grandson Christopher Michael McInnis; his parents, Peter A. McInnis and Lottie Josephine Morgan McInnis; and his sister Dorothy M. Jordan.
He is survived by: his children, Michael Q. McInnis (Mary Lynne) of Gray, GA, Bonnie Sue Kline (Johnny) of Uriah, AL and Sheila Ann Allen (Robert) of Auburn, AL. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; twelve great grandchildren; and two great-great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers the family request donations be made to Bill Nichols State Veterans Home, 1784 Elkahatchee Road, Alexander City, AL 35010.
