He was predeceased by: his parents, Andy V. Mazingo and Gertrude Stafford Mazingo; and his wife Alma Mazingo. He is survived by: his children, Jason Mazingo and Nancy Davis (Scott) of Knoxville, TN; his siblings, Talmadge Mazingo of Gilbertown, Archie Mazingo of Gilbertown, Thelma Todd of Toxey, Alice Clark of Gilbertown, Geraldine Broadhead of Gilbertown and Maxine Turner of Gilbertown; and his grandchildren, Morgan, Taylor, Ashley, Andrea, Emily, Levi, Amanda Mazingo and Issabella Mazingo. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins.
