He is survived by: his wife Roberta James Mazingo; his children, Dawn Lee (David) and Adrian Mazingo; his mother Easter Stafford Mazingo; his grandchildren, Colby Lee, Jade Lee, Dylan Lee, Baileigh Mazingo and Brentton Mazingo; his siblings, Fred Mazingo (Alice), D. C. Mazingo, Charlene Adams (Ronald) and Wynema Chapman (Roger); and his sister-in-law Glendean Mazingo.
