She was predeceased by: her former husband Lindsey Jenkins; her husband Jack M. Fitzpatrick; her son Perry Mason Jenkins; her grandson Marty Valentino Jenkins; her great grandchildren, Colton Lovelace and Cameron Lovelace; and her parents, C. R. Hearn and Lula Todd Hearn.
She is survived by: her children, Faron Henson Jenkins of Toxey, AL and Linda Jenkins Adams (Levern) of Gilbertown, AL; her grandchildren, Angela Adams Powell, Tanya Adams Lawrence, Celena Jenkins Johnson, Felecia Jenkins Lovelace and Perry Lance Jenkins; and her great grandchildren, Peyton Powell, Victoria Powell, Tripp Lawrence, Jay Lawrence, Wesley Johnson, Corbin Johnson, Colby Jenkins, Morgan Jenkins, Landon Lovelace, Joshua Lovelace, Gavin Jenkins and Marty Grace Jenkins. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
