She was predeceased by: her husband James Franklin Smith; her parents, William Oscar "Bill" Lafferty and Mary Johnson Lafferty; and her siblings, Buddy Lafferty, Joe Lafferty, David Lafferty, Harold Lafferty, Calvin Lafferty and Joyce Irwin.
She is survived by: her son James Troyce Smith (Beverly) of Gilbertown, AL; and her grandson James Jacob Smith of Gilbertown, AL..
