He was predeceased by: his parents, John Adams and Louella Sikes Adams; his wife Mamie Lewis Adams; his children, Bobby Adams, Larry Adams, Sharon Adams and Lavon Pugh; his grandchildren, Wade Sullivan and Shannon Adams; his great great grandchild Hunter Cartwright; and his siblings, Earl Adams, Walter Adams, Amos Adams, Annie Lou Long, Ruby James and Magdalene Robinson.
He is survived by: his children, Prentice Frank Adams (Jackie) of Brandon, MS, Ronnie Adams (Kathy) of Gilbertown, AL and Geraldine Sullivan (W. L.) of Gilbertown, AL. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; seventeen great grandchildren; and ten great-great grandchildren.
