He is survived by: his wife Vera Turner Long of Gilbertown, AL; his children, Barry Long (Shantay) of Blanchard, OK, Tammy Long Newsome (Eddie) of Waynesboro, MS, LaDonna Long Jordan (Ken) of Waynesboro, MS and Chan Long Coody (Jason) of Gilbertown, AL; his siblings, Carlton Long (Willie Mae) of Windfall, IN, Jerry Long (Bea) of Gilbertown, AL and Laverne Coody (L.) of Toxey, AL; his grandchildren, Garrison Long (Valerie), Clarissa Taylor (David), Heather Roney (Travis), Hannah Newsome, Elizabeth Long Richards (Matthew), Joseph Jordan, Charlotte Burnett (Lindan), Joel Coody and Stephen Jordan; and his great grandchildren, Tara Taylor, Laken Taylor, Bennet Taylor, Leighton Roney, Sawyer Roney, Malakhi Davis, Kindan Evans and Kaitlynn Long.
