She was predeceased by: her mother Vera Dobbs Kelley; her brothers, Larry Kelley and Jerry Kelley; and her granddaughter Evelyn Nugent. She is survived by: her father Clayton Kelley; her husband Timothy Nugent of Geraldine; her sons, Eric Phillips, Whitley of Geraldine, Chris Phillips, Hailley of Crossville and Brandon Phillips of Madison; and her stepchildren, Cody Nugent, Laina Nugent of Boaz, Lacey Nugent of Crossville, Kristin Green and Justin of Albertville. She is also survived by 13 Grandchildren.
