He is survived by: his children, Jerry Patrick Treadwell, Michael C. Treadwell, Angela Dawson Keenum and Christa Cornwell; his grandchildren, William Treadwell (Will), Pamela Dawson, Nick Dawson, Sean Glass, Logan Glass, Janie Cornwell and Jessica Cornwell Holloway; his great grandchildren, Claire, Cate Dawson, Raiden Glass and Isaiah Lovelady; and his siblings, Bertha Wilson, Sarah Hyatt and Jack Treadwell.
