She is survived by: her children, Jason Welsh (Theresa), Jeff Isbell and Melissa Grace Mitchell; her grandson Shawn Boshell; her great grandchildren, Bailey Boshell, Sarah Welsh and Destiny Welsh; and her sister Beth Bailes.
