He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Judith Lynn Combs Rowell; his sons, Kenneth Ray Rowell and Waylon Scott Rowell; his grandchildren, Justin Daniel Rowell, Jordan Derick Rowell, Jerick Devan Rowell and Samuel Dillon Rowell; and his great grandchildren, Lane Ryder Rowell, Monti Ella Joyce Rowell, Tessilyn Rose Rowell and Grayson Hunter Rowell.
