He was predeceased by: his parents, John Matthew and Annie Mae Raines, Sr.; and his siblings, Ann Raines Terry and John M. Raines. He is survived by: his sister Cecile Deloris Raines (Ceil). He is also survived by 10 Nieces and Nephews; and a number of Cousins.
