He is survived by: his parents, Gary Glass and Tammy Glass; his wife Carley Stauter Glass; his daughters, Ryleigh Kate and Remi Claire; his brother Caleb Glass (Amber); his grandparents, Peggy McCormick Bass, Ruby Weelborg (Mike) and Carlos Glass (Doris); his mother-in-law Theresa Webb (Curtis); his sisters-in-law, Sarah Whatley (Joey) and Ashley Stauter; his nieces and nephews, Bodhi Glass, Daughtry, Elizabeth Goldman, Caroline and Madelyn Whatley; his uncles, Shannon Bass and Jeremy "Bubba" Smith (Shannon); and his cousins, Anthony Bass, Harley, Jaden, Addison and Audrey Smith.

In lieu of flowers, the family request that donations be made in memory of Seth Glass to Brushey Creek Baptist Church or Big Buck Hunting Club.
