She is survived by: her daughter Angie O'Farrell Hawkins; her children-in-law, Sherry Hagemann and Mark Hawkins, Sr.; her grandchildren, Heather (Chris Ward), Megan (Bruno Moore), Amber O'Farrell, Mark (Brie Hawkins), Dusty (Brianne Hawkins), Darrell (Melinda Cline), Daniel (Tabatha Cline), Charity (Kevin Hill) and Jeremy Cline; her husband Clifford O'Farrell, Sr.; and her children, Clifford 'Kip O'Farrell, Jr. and Sarah Ann O'Farrell Smith. She is also survived by seventeen great-grandchildren; eight great-great grandchildren.
