He was predeceased by: his parents, Orville Fowler and Teresa Mueller Fowler; his son Mark Fowler; and his siblings, Larry Fowler and Sharon Fowler Scofield.
He is survived by: his wife Hilda Grant Fowler; his grandson Anthony Fowler (Heather); his daughter-in-law Vicki Fowler; and his great grandchildren, Sage Fowler, Kody Fowler and Gracie Fowler. He is also survived by many other relatives and close friends.
