She was predeceased by: her parents, Leamon Gilmore and Adella Carter Gilmore. She is survived by: her son Anthony Evans (Stephanie) of Hempstead; her sisters, Sadie Gilmore of Georgiana and Ora Boykin (Sam) of Swanton, Ohio; and her granddaughters, Natasha Clay and Alberta Franklin. She is also survived by three great grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
