It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Eddie Belle Blackburn of Georgiana, Alabama, who passed away on March 2, 2024, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Tommy Phillips and Annie Belle Phillips; and her siblings, Lydia Ann Raybon and Eugene Phillips. She is survived by: her husband Allen Blackburn; her children, Phil Blackburn (Cathy), Kaye Nolan (Clay) and Keith Blackburn (Teresa); and her siblings, Sara Ellen Coudill and Lloyd Phillips. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren, and numerous of other extended family.
