Wedsel D. Dunn Obituary

It is always difficult saying goodbye to someone we love and cherish. Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Wedsel D. Dunn (Geneva, Alabama), who passed away at the age of 82, on October 31, 2020. Leave a sympathy message to the family in the guestbook on this memorial page of Wedsel D. Dunn to show support.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Wiley Ezra Dunn and Ruth Carpenter Dunn; and his siblings, Barbara Dunn Salazar of Ketchikan, Alaska. and Ellis Dunn (Cheryl) of Hacoda. He is survived by: his wife Hazel Wise Dunn; his daughters, Ginger Dunn of Montgomery and Wendy Dunn Skurka (Lee) of Tuscaloosa; his grandchildren, Garrett Skurka of Tuscaloosa, Miranda Skurka of Orlando and Kelsey Skurka of Tuscaloosa; and his sisters, Ann Ausley of Geneva and Sandra Dunn of Crestview, Florida. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.

Due to COVID concerns, no local service will be held, and a private service is planned for immediate family at the Alabama National Cemetery in Montevallo, Alabama.

For many years, he hosted a barbeque at Camp Victory, a place that meant a lot to him, so in lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be sent to Camp Victory in the Hacoda Community.
