He is survived by: his wife Linda Pope Spence; his children, Darryl Spence (Ann) of Enterprise, AL, Tonya Roney (Ernie) of Geneva, AL, Teresa Perez (Ivan) of Geneva, AL and Tammy Owen (Keith) of Geneva, AL; his siblings, Inez Freeman of Walnut Hill, FL, Carolyn Thortis (Ervin) of McDavid, FL and James Spence (Jessie) of Atmore, AL; and his grandchildren, Brandon Spence (Christie) of Dothan, AL, Brooke Hurst (Brandon) of Dothan, AL, Shawna Kelley (Morgan) of Norfolk, VA., Tori Kelley of Enterprise, AL, Drew Roney (Ally) of Geneva, AL, Dustin Roney (Connie) of Samson, AL, Jamison Roney (Madeline) of Tallahassee, FL, Avery Perez (Jackie) of Enterprise, AL, Addyson Perez of Mobile, AL, Devin Shoemaker of Coffee Springs, AL, Cody Shoemaker (Taylor) of Geneva, AL, Katie Owen of Opp, AL and Ty Owen (Bryttany) of Geneva, AL.
