She was predeceased by: her son Randall J. Willis. She is survived by: her granddaughter Grace; her husband Joseph R. Mathis, Jr. of Geneva, AL; her daughter Jennifer M. Willis; her mother Yvonne Cook of Gulfport, MS; her sisters, Tina L. Johnson (Billy) of Gulfport, MS and Wendy Hoover of Dothan, AL; and her grandchildren, Payton M. Willis of Geneva, AL, Tristan I. Willis of Geneva, AL, Ryan J. Willis of Geneva, AL and Ashliegh G. Frechette of Geneva, AL. She is also survived by several nephews and nieces.
