She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Dollar and Helen Dollar; her husband Paul Blondefield; her son Richard "Ricky" Blondfield; and her granddaughter Lori Rose Blondefield.
She is survived by: her children, Milton Dean Blondefield (Donna), Paul Kent Blondefield (Elizabeth), Gordon L. Blondefield (Carolyn) and Susan Marie Blondefield; and her sisters, Lois Faulkin and Jo Trettin. She is also survived by nine grandchildren, and numerous great-grandchildren.
