He is survived by: his wife Susan Seay of Geneva, AL; his children, Heather Cayton (Todd) of Portland, OR, Jennifer Palmer (Steve) of Andalusia, AL and Eric Bullard (Chara) of Elba, AL; his grandchildren, Ryan Palmer (Hollie), Dalton Palmer, Morgan Carlisle (Brett), Elizabeth Bullard, Jack Bullard, Kymbria Bimbo and Braylee Bimbo; his great grandchildren, Rollins Carlisle and Chase Palmer; and his siblings, Linda Prater of Enterprise, AL, Doris Bryan of Geneva, AL, Gary Seay (Marie), Taylor and Larry Seay of Dothan, AL.
