He was predeceased by: his parents, Cleveland Ward and Zadie Hudson Ward; his brother Leon Ward; and his grandson Jeremy Miller. He is survived by: his children, Cindy Miller, Tracy Miller and Robert K. "Kevin" Ward of Geneva; his grandchildren, Jason Hall of Geneva, Brandy Hall of Geneva, Michael Miller of Samson and Nicholas Branch (Leslie) of Tennessee; his sister Mildred Counts of Opp; and his close friend Robert Aycock of Geneva. He is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.
