The memory of Michael Paul Trant (Geneva, Alabama), who passed away on December 29, 2024 at the age of 71, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. He was predeceased by: his grandmother Minnie Keller; his parents, J. B. Trant and Merle Jean Trant; and his aunts and uncles, Allen, Jack, Arthur Trant, Nora Miller, Ula Mae Carrol and Bannie Trubeau.
He is survived by: his daughter Jamie McDaniels; his son-in-law Ryan Toups; his siblings-in-law, Lavoice McDonald and Don McDaniels (Karen); and his aunt Paula Howell (Ray). He is also survived by many cousins, in-laws.
A funeral service was held on Thursday, January 2nd 2025 at 11:00 AM, on Saturday, January 4th 2025 at 10:00 AM, at 2:00 PM and on Tuesday, January 7th 2025 at 2:00 PM. Visitation was held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 at 9:00 AM at the Chapel of Warren Holloway Ward Funeral Home (2744 W Magnolia Ave, Geneva, AL 36340).
