He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Rebecca Jeter Blake; his children, Lionel Adrian Blake, Jr. (Rebecca) of Enterprise, Clarence A. "Bo" Blake (Susan) of Daleville and Barbara F. Coleman of Geneva; and his sister Clarice Montz (Walter) of Lake Placid, FL.. He is also survived by twenty grandchildren, twenty-eight great-grandchildren; four great-great-grandchildren.
