She was predeceased by: her parents, James Franklin, Sr. and Susie Janelle Mims Shiver; her husband Larry Earl Dale; her son Larry Allen Dale; and her brother John Barry Shiver.
She is survived by: her son James O'Neil Dale (Lara) of Geneva; her granddaughters, Emily Dale Kennington (Kyle) of Enterprise, Elizabeth Dale Taylor (Alex) of Geneva and Ella Grace Dale of Geneva; her daughter-in-law Cherie Wimmer Dale of Provo, UT; her grandchildren-in-law, Nathan Tyler Dale (Brittany) of Eagle Mountain, UT, Devan James Dale of Pleasant Grove, UT and Marissa Nichole Dale of Provo, UT; her brothers, Jimmy Gordan Shiver (Bonzie) of Geneva and James Franklin Shiver, Jr. (Kelly) of Geneva; and her great grandchild Jack Larry Dale of Eagle Mountain, UT..
