She was predeceased by: her parents, Harvey E. Culverhouse and Virgie Lee Tate Culverhouse; her husband Wilburn Mercer Dorriety; and her siblings, Albert, Ralph, Lamar, Cleo Culverhouse, Faye Byrd and Mary Helen Daughtry.
She is survived by: her children, Shirley Whisnant of Geneva, Glenda Harris of Prattville and Lavelle Dorriety of Tallahassee, FL; her grandchildren, Lee Whisnant of Geneva, Chad Whisnant (Brooke) of Geneva and Andrea Harris of Hoover; her great grandchildren, Laine Whisnant, Ashlyn Thompson (Adam) and Lauren Van Wert; and her sisters, Betty Williams and Annette Holland (Chester).
The family kindly requests attendees to wear a face mask due to the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic.
