He is survived by: his mother Elizabeth Chancey Seay Allen of Geneva; his children, Hunter Seay of Birmingham and Samantha Seay of Birmingham; his granddaughter Sophie Parsons of Birmingham; his brother Mark Seay of Birmingham; his aunts, Gayle Dubose (Norman) of Pensacola, Florida and Sybil Vanlandingham of Geneva; his uncle Shelby Seay (Linda) of Geneva; his niece Madison Seay of Birmingham; and his nephew Dylan Seay of Birmingham. He is also survived by cousins and friends.
