She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur J. Salter and Grace McNeil Salter; her husband Johnny Robert Kirkland; and her siblings, Willie J. Salter, Vera Mae Fell, Alma Densmone, Nell Williams, Dollie Polk, Arthur Salter, Jr. and Jimmy Salter.
She is survived by: her daughter Linda Kirkland of Geneva, AL; her stepdaughter Sonja Kirkland Duran of Bonifay, FL; and her close friends, Runt, Lisa Sansom, Josh Bass, Kris Carter, Shinoia Barhill, Brandon Pierce and Steve English. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
