She was predeceased by: her parents, Hillary Talmas "H. T." and Eunice Sellers Elliott; her siblings, Mary Ella Medley, Catherine Elliott, Angelyn Bowdoin and Harvey Elliott; and her niece Jan Bowdoin Howell.
She is survived by: her nephew Steve Bowdoin; her nieces, Donna Brooks, Deborah Carey and Kathy Hughes; and her caregivers, Jawona Clay, Faye Bryan, Mary Overall, Felicia Clay and Dr. John Simmons, Sr..
Visitation was held on Wednesday, October 2nd 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Warren Holloway Ward Funeral Home Chapel (2744 W Magnolia Ave, Samson, AL 36477). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, October 2nd 2024 at 2:00 PM and on Thursday, October 3rd 2024 at 11:00 AM.
In lieu of flowers, the family request memorial contributions be made to Friendship Baptist Church, 5434 N. St. Highway 27, Geneva, AL 36340.
