He was predeceased by: his parents, Tommy Ronald and Mary June Ray Chadwick; and his brother James Thompson. He is survived by: the mother of his children Marcelia Thompson; his children, Johnathan Chadwick (Maegan), Holly Rehm (Chad Humphrey) and Dana Chadwick; his stepsiblings, James Miller (Tammy), Becky Smith and Geraldine Monroe; and his grandchildren, Roza, Demetri, Rachel Rehm, John Walter and Beau Chadwick. He is also survived by Several nieces and nephews.
