He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Thomas Willingham and Pearl Gertrude Hilton Willingham; his son Michael Willingham; and his grandchildren, Christopher Lynn Willingham and Amanda Lois Willingham.
He is survived by: his children, Phyllis Russell (Michael), Kenneth Ray Willingham (Lisa) and Dennis Hazel (Dale Waldrop); his siblings, Nellie Haynes, Cecil Willingham (Jackie), Bryant Willingham and David Willingham (Carol); and his daughter-in-law Kathy Willingham. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren.
