She was predeceased by: her parents, Garfield Dupuis and Helena Premo Dupuis; and her sisters, Jadean Dupuis and Jackie Dupuis. She is survived by: her husband Michael Jacob; her children, Chrissy Hairel (Tommy), Jaylynn Connor (Ryan) and Buddy Jacob (Tiffanie); and her brother Jimmy Dupuis. She is also survived by several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
