He was predeceased by: his parents, Dayton Lee, Sr. and Gladys Mae Henderson Pierce. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Rinehart Pierce; his daughter Paige White of Gaylesville; his sisters, Rita Abernathy of Cedar Bluff, Teleta Mae Farrar of Gaylesville and Rebecca Ingram of Gaylesville; and his aunt Willie Bullard. He is also survived by several nieces & nephews.
