She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Slayton and Melvia Ann Ray. She is survived by: her husband John Mason; her sons, Jonathan Mason (Pamela) and Aaron Mason (Carrie); and her siblings, Johnny Ray Slayton, Gaynell Pittman, Brenda Hall (Sam) and Mary Wilbanks (Tommy). She is also survived by 4 grandchildren.
Graveside services for Mrs. Mason will be held privately. The Mason family, along with the staff of Mason Funeral Home remind anyone in attendance to keep in mind the current guidelines and restrictions set forth by the C. D. C. as it pertains to social gatherings limitations including social distancing, gathering limits, and face masks.
