She was predeceased by: her parents, J. D. Bishop and Blondine Plaster; her husband Rev. Leroy McKissick; her sons, Leroy McKissick, Jr. and Marion Lee McKissick; and her siblings, Barbara Kellett and James Bishop.
She is survived by: her children, Brenda Peek (Ricky), Billy McKissick (Shirley), Hugh McKissick (Imojean), James McKissick (Lisa) and Linda Weaver (Tim); and her sister Wanda Baker (Donald). She is also survived by 11 grandchildren; and 17 great-grandchildren.
