She is survived by: her husband Tommy Adams; her children, Denise Cook (Gene), Kathy Olin (Kerry) and Todd Adams (Donna); her grandchildren, Emily Mundt (Preston), Taylor Adams (Sarah), John Olin (Kayla), Megan Godfrey (Josh), Anna Richardson (Ethan), Austin Adams (Scarlett), Alexandra Cook and Thomas Cook; her great grandchildren, Parker Mundt, Elizabeth Mundt, Henry Mundt, Tucker Godfrey, Chandler Godfrey, Tallon Adams, Hannah Olin, Dominic Olin, Micah Olin, Trevor Godfrey, Miles Adams, Lila Jo Adams, Evelyn Richardson and Georgia Adams; her grandchildren, Coty and Jill Musgrove; and her great grandchildren, Kyler, Easton and Langsten Musgrove. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
