She was predeceased by: her parents, Ethyl N. Lloyd and Bill D. Lloyd; her children, John B. Pennington and Cheryl L. Pennington; and her grandson Jason Pennington.
She is survived by: her sons, Rick Pennington (Lee), Billy Pennington (Suzanne) and Ronald Pennington (Ginger). She is also survived by eight grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
