He is survived by: his mother Laura Sampson; his stepfather Terry Sampson; his father Francis Slater (Lyn Anderson); his sister Olivia Slater; his aunt Kristi Megan Vitale; his cousins, Charlie, Elliott, Alex and Sophia; his aunt Kelliann Slater; and his cousins, Jordan, Tyler and Patrick. He is also survived by his maternal grandfather, paternal grandparents, and paternal great-grandfather.
