She is survived by: her husband Randall Phelps; her children, Marsha Degrado (Chris) and Lee Phelps (Monica); her grandchildren, Sean, Travis and Kaiden; and her siblings, Judy Heritage, Melanie Nichols and Randy McMillon (Estelene).
