She was predeceased by: her parents, Tom Hawk and Margaret Hawk; and her siblings, Kenneth Hawk, Ann Woodruff, Richard Hawk and Loretta Hollis.

She is survived by: her husband Gerald Sparks; her daughters, Denise Callahan (Daniel), Darlene Oglesby (Ron) and Dawn Scrafano (John); and her grandchildren, David Bracewell, Tommy Callahan, Emma Oglesby and Shelby Scrafano. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
