Leitha K. Love Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Leitha K. Love (Gardendale, Alabama), who passed away on December 28, 2024 at the age of 77. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Grover Ragland and Evie Ragland; her siblings, Sandra Smith and James Grover Ragland; and her daughter Denise Guthrie.
She is survived by: her husband Jonathan Love; her children, Teresa Hamrick (Chris) and Jonathan Love, Jr. (Jennifer); her grandchildren, Stetson Hicks (Brooke), Kyle Hamrick, Avery Hamrick and Carter Love; her great grandchildren, Aiden and Aubrey; and her sisters, Ellen Ragland and Diane Harper (James). She is also survived by nieces, nephews and other extended family.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 2nd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Ridout's Gardendale Chapel (2029 Decatur Hwy, Gardendale, AL 35071). A celebration of life was held on Thursday, January 2nd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
