She was predeceased by: her husband Jimmy Parrish; her parents, Herman Willie and Sarah Lela Tumlin Thomas; and her siblings, Gary Thomas, Pat Lee, Ellen Neely, Bonnie Wilemon, Jim Thomas, Jean Armstrong, Juanita Parker and Jerry Thomas.
She is survived by: her children, Ramona Surrett (Ricky), Stephanie Townes (Alan) and Anthony Parrish (Lori); and her sisters, Shirley Hennen, Joan Coleman and Deborah Thomas. She is also survived by nine grandchildren; eight great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Monday, February 10th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the Lemley Funeral Chapel (6878 2nd Ave W, Oneonta, AL 35121). A funeral service was held on Monday, February 10th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
