He is survived by: his son James Arthur Beard IV; his parents, Jim Beard and Penny Beard; his sister Kelly Beard Jackson (Drew); his nieces, Adalee and Cathlyne Jackson; his girlfriend Erika Morton; his girlfriend's children, Addison, Colton, Weston, Kaiden and Anderson; and also Casey Downey. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
