He is survived by: his children, Paul Bradley Purkey (Jennefer) and Sheralyn Purkey Valentine (Jim); his grandchildren, Austin Purkey (Ashley), Carson Purkey, Justin Valentine, Andrew Valentine and Anna Valentine; and his sister Christine Patterson (Allen).
